Exempting MSISDNs

Before a service is live it can only be accessed by exempted MSISDNs in the live environment. This is to prevent services from being accessible to users before final approval is provided.

Merchants can exempt MSISDNs per operator using the Alacrity portal. Go to Customer Support > Exempted MSISDNs > Add
