Partner Responsibilities

SLA Digital is committed to providing a quality service, hence SLA Digital has a Business Continuity Plan in place to ensure service resiliency and service availability. Likewise our partners have the following responsibilities:

  • Partners shall create and maintain their own backups of any data used in connection with Alacrity services, for example subscription information, service configuration, etc.
  • Partners shall have a disaster recovery plan in place to ensure minimal service disruption in the event of an outage.
  • Partners shall acknowledge that service availability is dependent on their own systems and infrastructure, and they must take reasonable steps to ensure their services are available and functioning properly.
  • Partners shall report any security incidents or breaches to SLA Digital as soon as they become aware of them.
  • Partners shall comply with any security standards or requirements set forth in the agreement, including but not limited to data privacy laws, access controls, and network security.
